Meet the president of Virtue Financial Advisors, Greg L. Wilson.

Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Greg built a reputable career in both the pharmaceutical and aerospace industries. His experience spans purchasing, warehouse supervision, process engineering, inventory and production control, as well as operations management. Born in Montebello, California, Greg stayed close to his Southern California roots serving his country as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, assigned to 3rd Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, Long Beach, California (1984 to 1990). While in the USMCR, Greg attended Cerritos College. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree (double major) in Economics and Geography from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He later went on to achieve a Master of Arts from Biola University in La Mirada, California. In 2014, Greg began his career in the financial services industry as the Office Manager for a small, independent Registered Investment Advisory firm. While obtaining invaluable on the job training over the next several years, Greg continued his studies and subsequently earned his Series 65 designation (Investment Advisor Representative) in 2018. Today, working as a fiduciary financial advisor and owner of GL Trust, Inc. Greg attends the American College of Financial Services, working toward the designation Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP).

On a personal note, Greg has been married to his lovely wife, Juliana, since April of 1999. Together, they have two boys, Nathaniel (born 2005) and Jonathan (born 2008), along with twin girls (born 2010), Chloe and Elise. Juliana and Greg have kept their hands full over the years. Juliana works as a Physician Assistant for a small family medical practice in La Palma, while still making time to homeschool their children. Greg has been coaching youth futsal and basketball since 2013 as well as serving as the Junior High Youth Pastor at Calvary Chapel since 1998. In his spare time, Greg enjoys river rafting at the Kern River, mowing his lawn, and cleaning out his garage every 3 months.
